When reporting a problem, please include:

• device model (iPhone or iPad)
• iOS or iPadOS version
• app version
• steps to reproduce the issue
• screenshots or a short screen recording if possible

Privacy Policy

PromoShot does not collect, store, or share any personal data on our servers. All your projects, recordings, imported media, and exported files stay on your device unless you choose to share them.

Permissions used

• Screen Recording / Broadcast — used only when you start a screen capture inside the app.
• Microphone — used only when you record voice clips for captions or include audio in a recording.
• Photo Library — used only when you import photos or videos, or save an exported video or image set back to Photos.
• Camera — used only if you choose to capture a video or photo directly into a project.

You can deny or revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Data handling

• No account is required.
• No third-party advertising SDKs.
• No third-party analytics or tracking.
• Projects, layers, and media are stored locally on your device.
• Exported videos and image sets are saved where you choose (Photos, Files, or share sheet).

Your control

You can delete individual projects and exported files inside the app, revoke any permission in iOS Settings, or remove the app from your device to delete its local data.

Children

PromoShot is a general-audience creator tool and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
